In more recent times, Turner has made appearances in TV shows such as Friends, Law & Order, Nip/Tuck, and Californication. She even played an animated version of herself in the hit series Family Guy. Since then, the actress had issues with alcoholism, some even stating that it's too difficult to work with her. Although she married Jay Weiss back in the 80s, the couple decided to separate in 2007. Despite this, Turner still referred to Weiss as her best friend in an interview.
